My husband and I purchased the Grain Bin from Dianna Knauf in 2008. It was located at the Viking Mall for over 35 years. I knew a little bit about the store, since my daughter, Amy worked there for  most of her adult life and still does. It was a nice store but I had a vision to give the public much more so I moved it to it’s current location where I doubled the space. It has been quite the journey.  I didn’t know much about the health food industry at the time, but I did my research  and was determined to make the store the best it could be.
